Pastry Cook/Chef

We are seeking a motivated, positive, and eager pastry cook to join our team in the U.S. Virgin Islands. This is a rare chance to gain real-world experience while living and working in the heart of the Caribbean.

  • A team player who is also comfortable working independently
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and forward-thinking
  • Experience or training in classic and modern pastry techniques
  • Reliable, professional, and eager to contribute

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Daily pastry production
  • Preparing ice creams, cookies, buffet, and plated desserts
  • Maintaining a clean, organized pastry station
  • Collaborating on new and seasonal menu items
