About the Role
We’re looking for a relational, driven, and organized person to help grow and support the community around The Joyful Noize. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, sponsors, and partners—ensuring they feel valued, informed, and excited to work with us. This role directly impacts our reputation, repeat business, and long-term strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for all clients from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
Communicate event details, expectations, and updates clearly and professionally.
Ensure clients feel supported, heard, and confident leading up to events.
Gather feedback and maintain long-term relationships for repeat bookings.
Sponsor & Partner Relations
Maintain warm, consistent communication with sponsors, strategic partners, and venue contacts.
Identify collaboration opportunities that align with our brand mission.
Prepare partnership decks, recaps, and updates when needed.
Strengthen existing relationships and help bring in new ones.
Business Development Support
Assist with outreach to potential clients, event organizers, and brand partners.
Track leads, follow-ups, and opportunities in our CRM or tracking system.
Attend events, meetings, and networking functions to represent the agency.
Internal Coordination
Work closely with the founder and team to communicate needs and expectations.
Ensure client and partner requirements are understood before each event.
Help maintain a smooth workflow by keeping information organized and updated.
Qualifications
Strong communication and people skills—warm, clear, and confident.
Comfortable building relationships and talking to new people.
Organized with great follow-through and attention to detail.
Ability to juggle multiple conversations and projects.
Previous experience in customer service, partnerships, sales, or account management is a plus.

Work Environment
Part-time or full-time (flexible depending on candidate).
Hybrid: remote communication with occasional on-site events/meetings.
Direct collaboration with the founde.
