The UCF Lockheed Martin College Work Experience Program (CWEP) is an ideal opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to gain real-world work experience relevant to their academic and career goals while maintaining full-time enrollment with the University of Central Florida. The program provides students with a year-round paid opportunity to explore a unique training experience on the cutting edge of technology.

Applying to the CWEP pool makes your resume available for viewing by Lockheed Martin managers that are seeking to fill various open positions within the College Work Experience Program.

In order to apply for a position it is required that you complete the following:

1. Attach an updated resume and complete this application

2. Complete the Qualtics application survey

 

Your resume will be added to the CWEP database for Lockheed Martin managers to view. If selected for an interview you will be contacted by the CWEP office to set up the interview. Please note you will not be considered unless both steps are completed.
