About the Position
As a Loan Processor, you will play a key role in supporting borrowers throughout the loan process. You’ll work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and closing teams to ensure all required documents are submitted accurately and on time. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the mortgage industry and develop a rewarding career in lending.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing mortgage loan applications from submission through closing
- Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and third parties to collect necessary documents
- Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy
- Learn and apply guidelines for different loan programs, including FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans
- Use loan processing software to input and track information
- Provide exceptional customer service and keep all parties informed throughout the loan process
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Degree in finance, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with mortgage-related software and systems
- Willingness to learn and grow in the mortgage industry
- This will be a hybrid position for those located in Orlando, FL, otherwise it will be remote.
