The incumbent is responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of all tasks related to the receipt, storage, inventory, and distribution of materials and supplies. This includes managing stock items within the warehouse and those received through the Delta Field Division. Duties involve receiving and storing incoming materials—such as mail carrier supplies and vendor deliveries—and ensuring they are properly placed in designated storage areas. The role also involves operating appropriate equipment to move, wrap, stage, stack, ship, or assist in loading materials onto transport vehicles.
The reporting location for this position is Byron, CA. This position is not eligible for telework.

Special Requirements:
Must have a valid California Class C license as incumbent will be required to operate automotive vehicles on public roadways as travel to remote areas within the field division is necessary to perform the requirements of this position.
Ability to move 60 pounds; ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs and ladders' ability to operate a forklift; ability and stamina for manual labor; must be able to operate computers.
This is a sensitive position and is subject to substance abuse testing set forth in California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) Regulations 599.960 - 599.966.
